MFS Bridging Loan Product Features

MFS offers a wide range of bridging finance products. Whether it’s for residential, semi-commercial or commercial properties, they can lend for purchase at auction, permitted development, refurbishment and development exit. They also provide a seamless overseas client product, which focuses on speed and ease of transacting. Every case by MFS will be given a dedicated underwriter, to ensure you have transparent and direct communication when you need it most.

As specialists in the complex, when situations call for out-of-the-box underwriting, MFS can help. All deals are assessed on an individual basis, enabling them to make decisions other tick-box lenders are unable to, by looking at the bigger picture to understand the client’s entire situation.
